Domestic Application Material

Please send the the following to:

  1. Three confidential letters of reference
  2. Application for Admission to Graduate Studies
  3. Blue Application for Teaching Fellowship
  4. Two Official transcripts of all previous college or university work
  5. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score (General and Subject tests)
  • Items 1-3 may all be returned in the enclosed self-addressed envelopes.
  • Item 4 should be sent by the Colleges/Universities you have attended.
  • Item 5 should be sent directly by the Education Testing Service. You must request that they do this. Photocopies are acceptable for initial processing.

Disregard any notations to send documents to the Office of Admissions of the University of Houston. This delays the processing which must be done in the Physics Department.
